Roy Munk
President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder

Roy Munk is President, CEO, and Founder of Global Healthcare Services, a nationally recognized Retained and Contingency Search Firm specializing in the recruiting and retention of Healthcare professionals.

Roy has completed more than 350 search assignments during his thirteen years as a Recruiter. During the past ten years Roy has concentrated on growing GHS from a one person operation to a prominent firm with a team of 12 highly-trained & experienced recruiters.

Roy earned his undergraduate degree from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio and attended Ohio University for his Master's Degree in American Politics. He began his search career with a top ten executive search firm in Cleveland, Ohio before founding Global Healthcare Services.

Roy stays active in his community by volunteering with the Salvation Army, participating in charity runs, coaching soccer, and as a member of the Strongsville Chamber of Commerce. Roy has completed nine marathons and one ultra-marathon (100K) and recently qualified for the Boston Marathon. Roy lives in the Cleveland area with his wife Danielle and his daughter, Haven.

Danielle Folliett
Chief Operating Officer

Danielle Folliett is Chief Operating Officer of Global Healthcare Services, a nationally recognized Retained and Contingency Search Firm specializing in the recruiting and retention of Healthcare professionals.

Danielle has been involved with GHS since the company's inception in 1998 and took on a full-time role in 2001. She currently focuses on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations in the company. Danielle has been responsible for talent acquisition & retention, as well as directing and administering all financial plans, as well as overseeing business policies and accounting practices.

Danielle earned her Marketing and Business degree from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. She began her career with Invisible Fence™ in 1998 and was in the top 1% in sales every year and currently provides consulting and training for the company.

Danielle stays active in her community by volunteering with the Salvation Army, participating in charity runs, and as a member of the Strongsville Chamber of Commerce. Danielle has completed nine marathons and one Ultra-marathon (55 miles) and has qualified for the Boston Marathon. Danielle lives in the Cleveland area with her husband Roy and her daughter, Haven.

Tom Cavalli
Vice President of Recruitment

Tom Cavalli is Vice President of Recruitment at Global Healthcare Services, a nationally recognized Retained and Contingency Search Firm specializing in the recruiting and retention of Healthcare professionals.

Tom joined GHS in 2003 and was the Top Billing Recruiter for six straight years. Over the past seven years Tom has completed over 175 search assignments, while specializing in retained searches. Tom currently oversees a team of five recruiters and is responsible for the team's training and management.

Previous to joining GHS, Tom had an impressive career in both the hospitality and travel industries. Tom excelled in training and quality improvement for both a leading Ohio restaurant franchising company as well as several national rental car agencies where his branch consistently ranked as the top in the nation. Tom eventually stepped into a role in which he traveled the country visiting branches to ensure quality practices & provide training.

Among his personal accomplishments, Tom also recently completed the Disney Marathon. Other hobbies include traveling the world including Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Italy, Spain, France, and England to name a few. Tom lives in the Cleveland area with his wife, Leigh.
