In the recent article “Employees Reveal Insights on 2019 Workforce Trends”, GHS President Roy Munk was asked to comment on trends in hiring based on his firm’s more recent experiences:
“The over-riding trend is that over the past decade organizations realized that to continue to be competitive in their recruitment efforts they need to know what employees really want from their employer…Obviously, competitive compensation and benefits is crucial, however, beyond this, there are a wide array of other areas where employers can increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.”
